The program was designed to improve the vehicle owner’s experience by incorporating an easy-to-use tool that facilitates quality communication between shop and guest. The Guest Relations Program adds a Welcome Guest and Thank You Guest email component to our existing follow-up process, encouraging customer feedback both at the outset of the repair and upon its completion. By adding the Welcome Guest component you gain insight into your customers’ experience from the moment they entrust you with their vehicle, providing you an opportunity to follow-up and correct any of their concerns before serious issues develop.
How It Works

A welcoming email is sent to the guest (vehicle owner) within 24 hours of when they drop off their vehicle.
